hey, does anyone know if the SupaBees album’s got a song for those of us grinding at unholy hours? sounds cool, but need tunes that get the night shift vibe. thx
Definitely, track 5 Midnight Struggles one is all about that night grind. You’ll love it.
lol so they got tracks for the 9-5ers huh? Hope there’s one called ‘Stuck in a Meeting’ or ‘Reply All Hell.’ Could use a laugh after back to back zoom marathons. P.S. SupaBees, make a track called ‘Coffee Machine Broke, Send Help.’
Not sure an album can capture the soul-crushing reality of work life but hey, I guess there’s a first time for everything. Surprise me, SupaBees.
Really intrigued by the concept of this album. Navigating the highs and lows of the modern work environment through music sounds refreshing. Plus, humor? Count me in.
Ever ponder the paradox of ‘hustle culture?’ Thriving versus surviving in a digital age where our worth is measured in productivity units. This album seems to encapsulate this modern dilemma. Or does it simply romanticize the struggle? Food for thought.
Interesting point. Never thought about it that way.
But is it not art’s purpose to provoke such thought? Perhaps it’s a mirror, not a lens.
Just checked out the lyrics from the links, and I gotta say, SupaBees really nailed the office vibe. I’ve had my share of coffee-fueled deadlines and the song list feels like someone’s been spying on my life, lol. Anyone else find a track that feels too real?
Totally get you! ‘Deadline Dance’ hit too close to home for me. It’s my new anthem for those late-night sessions.
Is there a track that’s good for chilling after hitting a major deadline? Need something for those moments.
Listened to a couple tracks and wasn’t blown away. Feels like SupaBees are just jumping on the work grind bandwagon without bringing anything new to the table. Maybe I missed something? Not sure what’s the big deal.
